The SE has the same processor and display as a 5, it just isn’t always on.

It also has a compass and altimeter, but no EKG sensor.

6 has an o2 sensor and the display is always on. The 6 comes in more colors and configurations.

You have to measure your wrist to order the watch with certain bands,

If you get the wrong band, you have to return the whole watch and get a new one.

Series 3 in now only $199 from apple for the smallest one.  It only has 8 GB of storage, the other new ones have 32 GB.  The 3 does not have Fall Detection.

All of them run WatchOS 7 and have 18 hours of battery.
